*We do ship worldwide (crafts only, our sets with alcohol cannot be shipped internationally) and please check shipping calculator at check out for further shipping costs to the rest of the world, and for deliveries over 5kg*
Connemara Wine & Design Co. is not responsible for lost/returned orders where shipping information provided is incorrect/incomplete. Please ensure shipping address is correct and includes postal code & contact number of recipients before completing your order.

All international orders are shipped via DPD or An Post.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us on info@connemarawine.ie within five working days from receipt of your order and we will work with you to make things right.
Returns will be accepted only within 14 working days from date of purchase. When returning items, you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning any items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
